REGULAR NOVEMBER TERM COURT OF PROBATE,
November 29, 1886
Estate Of Larkin A. Wortham, Deceased
This day comes J. F. Morrow, Administrator of the estate of Larkin A. Wortham, deceased, and presents to the Court his written report duly verified by oath accompanied by the statements required by law alleging that the assets of said estate are insufficient to pay its debts and asking that said estate be declare insolvent. It is considered, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the 5th day of January, 1887, be and is appointed a day on which to consider and determine said report, and that notice of the day for hearing said report be given the creditors of said decedent whose names appear in the accompanying list of creditors, by posting at the Court House door for thirty days, by forwarding copies by mail to each of said creditors whose post office is known, and by publication for three successive weeks, in the Huntsville INDEPENDENT, a newspaper published in the county of Madison, State of Alabama; at which time all persons interested can appear and contest said settlement, if they see proper to do so.
