The FARM, situated about 12 miles south of Huntsville near Triana, on Indian Creek and cornering south in Tennessee River—containing 380 acres, about half cleared—and more correctly described as w. half (80 a.) of S. E. quarter and S. half (40 a.) of E. half of S. E. quarter of sec. 14; E. part (70 a.) of S. W. quarter of sec. 14; E. part (70 a.) of N. W. quarter of sec. 23, and N. part (120 a.) of N. E. quarter of sec. 23, township 5, range 2.

Estate of Morris K. Taylor, deceased.
This day came R. A. Petty, Administrator of the insolvent estate of Morris K. Taylor, deceased, and filed with the Final Settlement of his administration of said estate: It is considered, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the 24th day of April, 1885, be and the same hereby is appointed a day on which to make said settlement. It is also ordered by the Court that due and legal notice of the filing of the accounts and vouchers, the nature of the same, and the time appointed by the Court for the settlement, be given, by publication for three successive weeks, in the Huntsville INDEPENDENT, a newspaper published in the county of Madison, State of Alabama, at which time all persons interested can appear and contest said settlement, if they see proper to do so.
